Billing scope

Desklet OS is a software subscription only

Desklet OS is a cloud software platform (SaaS) sold as a monthly digital subscription. Subscriptions grant access to software features only — voice AI, memory, agents, integrations, and automation tools in your account dashboard.

  • Included in Paddle checkout: Digital software access, cloud features, account licenses, and device connection slots (software entitlements to link hardware you already own or acquire separately).
  • Not included & not sold via Paddle: Physical robots, AI devices, development kits, components, accessories, shipping, or any tangible goods. These are never bundled with, included in, or sold through Desklet OS subscription checkout.
  • Physical products: Purchased separately at store.deskletrobotics.com through a separate checkout process.

What Desklet OS sells (software)

Desklet OS is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by Desklet Robotics. When you subscribe, you pay for ongoing access to cloud-based software capabilities, including:

  • Account dashboard and configuration tools
  • Voice AI, speech recognition, and voice intelligence features
  • LLM orchestration, agents, MCP integrations, and memory systems
  • Automation routines and observability within the platform
  • Software entitlements to connect a limited number of devices ("device connection slots") to your account

What Desklet OS does not sell

Desklet OS subscriptions do not include, bundle, or ship any physical products. Specifically excluded from subscription billing:

  • Desklet robots or AI desktop devices
  • Development kits, learning kits, or electronic components
  • Accessories, spare parts, or packaging materials
  • Shipping, fulfillment, or hardware warranty services

No tangible goods are provided as part of the subscription price. If you need hardware, you must purchase it separately.

Where physical products are sold

Physical products are offered through Desklet Store at store.deskletrobotics.com. That is a separate storefront with its own checkout, fulfillment, and policies. Hardware purchases are not processed through Paddle as part of Desklet OS subscriptions.

Device connection slots explained

Plan tiers refer to "device connection slots" (sometimes labeled robot links in the product UI). These are software licenses that allow you to pair a physical device with your Desklet OS account. They are not the sale of hardware. You must obtain compatible hardware independently before or after subscribing.
