Voice & AI interaction data
Depending on your settings and plan, the Service may process voice input, transcripts, memory entries, and agent actions. Some processing may occur on-device, locally, or through third-party AI providers you connect.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Paddle may collect billing address, tax information, and transaction records according to its own privacy policy.
Technical data
We automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and cookies or similar technologies when you visit our websites or dashboards.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Desklet OS.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Process subscriptions and support requests.
